4. SMS and Text Messaging
When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receiving recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from Nexus Mortgage AI at the number provided. These messages may include verification codes, loan status updates, document requests, and appointment reminders.
- Frequency: message frequency varies; typically 1 to 10 messages per month during active loan processing
- Costs: standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again
